At Cake & Not Cake, all orders are freshly made with care and attention to detail. Please review our processing guidelines before placing your order:
- Shipping Days: Orders ship Monday through Thursday to prevent items from sitting in transit over the weekend.
- Cookie Orders (Pickup Only):
- Same-day pickup is available for cookie orders placed before 1 PM EST (Monday–Thursday).
- Processing time:
- All orders have a minimum 4 day processing time unless otherwise stated.
- Rush orders may be available upon request and must be approved and paid for in advance.

Cookie cakes with chocolate detail, brownies, and pound cakes are available for shipping at request. No buttercream options available for shipping.
